PromptGo ("we", "us", "our") provides an app for browsing and using AI prompts. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information We Collect
- On-device data: favorites, custom prompts, local usage counters, and cached prompt catalog content.
- Service usage events: prompt interaction events (for example prompt copy signals) used to improve catalog quality and ranking.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser metadata, and timestamps needed for security, anti-abuse, and operations.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and update prompt content in the app.
- Improve search relevance, ranking quality, freshness, and reliability.
- Protect the service, detect abuse, and troubleshoot incidents.
3. Tracking and Advertising
- We do not use third-party advertising SDKs for personalized advertising.
- We do not track you across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes.
4. Third-Party AI Services
- PromptGo does not integrate with or call any AI service directly. No AI processing occurs within the app.
- When you tap "Open in" on a prompt, PromptGo launches a separate app (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or Perplexity) using standard URL schemes. The prompt is copied to your clipboard for you to paste.
- Any data you share with those external AI apps is governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
- We do not sell personal information.
- We may share data with infrastructure and hosting providers only to run and secure the service.
- We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, users, and platform security.
6. Data Retention
- On-device data remains until you delete it or remove the app.
- Server-side operational logs and event records are retained only as needed for service and security operations.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- You can delete app data by removing the app from your device.
- You can contact us to request privacy support or ask questions about data handling.
8. Children's Privacy
PromptGo is not directed to children under 13.
